Terms of Use

1. The Game

The Game is a free-to-play online / PWA board game (Snakes & Ladders with power-ups and multiplayer modes). Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Play is guest-based — you do not need an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots / automation to gain unfair advantage
• Abuse multiplayer rooms (spam, harassment, impersonation, offensive names)
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Game or its APIs
• Submit Feedback or other content that is unlawful, abusive, or contains malware
• Use the Game in any way that violates applicable law

We may refuse service, end multiplayer sessions, or block access for abuse.

4. Virtual items and coins

In-game coins, power-ups, achievements, and similar items have no real-world cash value. They exist only for gameplay inside the Game. We may change costs, rewards, or availability at any time. Unless we introduce paid purchases later under separate terms, coins are earned through play and related features only.

5. Intellectual property

The Game — including its name, branding, artwork, UI, code, sound, and content — is owned by PAPA Tech Solutions or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

6. Third-party services

The Game may rely on hosting, databases, and (in the future) advertising networks. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that multiplayer matches will always complete successfully.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAPA Tech Solutions and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, coins, or gameplay progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim — which today is typically zero for free play.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why. By using the Game you also acknowledge that policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
